In another life i use a very xtrem manual camera and she permit me to block the shot during hours and with her i have take the same kind of pic of an highway near pf my house...but you... you make an awesome shot!And the "ghost" in the left are very impressive!:) excellent work!

awesome picture...my longer shutter speeds always end in over brightened photos... :D

try change your metering? or lower your iso or even shutter time, could help in any of these ways abit if not try using filters like ND or cpl :)

during the night, all the info about how i took this should be on the right hand side of the picture where it says "Camera Data"
but the time is wrong so i took this around 9 something pm in Hong Kong time.
